Why Therapy?

At certain moments in life, you may find yourself at a crossroad. You face disappointment, heartache, loss, and pain. Or perhaps you feel stuck and bored, wanting more yet uncertain about where to go from here. Perhaps you also face exhaustion as you attempt to cope with these experiences on your own.  In these seasons, therapy provides an opportunity to pause… to take the time to rest in a safe, healing environment…and to seek clarity so you can move forward with greater power and hope.

Searching for the right therapist can be an arduous process. You want to feel understood as you share your deepest hurts and longings with someone who cares.  Having been through the process myself, I know how important it is to find a counselor who is the right fit for you.
